When you sign a Buyer's Agency contract, the Buyer's Agent represents you, not the seller. When working with a Buyer's Agent, you have the advantage of personal representation, loyalty, confidentiality and trust. Your Buyer's agent can show you properties, present an offer, negotiate and close the transaction. A Buyer's Agent is committed to helping protect your best interest.
